To reach the site administration section please type http://www.yoursite.com/cpanel, here you will be able to change passwords, create mail ids, setup chat services, cgi scripts, take backups etc.

How to configure your Email:
You can send and receive emails using your desired email client(Outlook Express, Eudora etc.). You will need the following additional details for configuring your email client.
Incoming Mail server: mail.yoursite.com
Outgoing Mail server: mail.yoursite.com or your Internet service provider (vsnl, hcl, onlysmart etc.)
Tip: username will be you@yourcompany.com & your current password. You can also go to the add remove accounts in the mail menu of your admin panel (www.yoursite.com/cpanel) & click on outlook express auto config then follow the steps to automatically configure your Outlook express.
Note: Users will be able to change their mail password by logging on to the webmail.

How to use FTP:
FTP server name : ftp.yoursite.com
The FTP path will be /www or /public_html in the root directory. All files, graphics and other web components can be uploaded here. You will also find your cgi bin directory here.
FTP (How to go about it) 1. Start the FTP application (cute ftp or wsftp etc). 2. Click on new connection, put your site name in host, put your login & password details & click connect. 3. Once you are connected, you will be able to view/upload/download/delete the contents of your site.
Guidelines for FTP: 1. If you do not want the default startup page, please delete the current index.html file under the /www directory when you log on to ftp and put your own index.html there. 2. Please ensure that all the files are in lowercase and the extensions of those files are also in lowercase.

Webmail (How to go about it)
You will be able to access your mail account on the web, just like yahoo, hotmail, rediff etc. To access the webmail feature type www.yoursite.com/webmail. Put your login name as you@yoursite.com & your password to login to the webmail system. When you access the webmail for the first time you will get the option of setting up the user preferences e.g. users mail id, default colours, signature, etc. You can however change these settings anytime by clicking on the settings button inside your webmail interface.

Site Statistics:
You can see your site statistics by logging onto the admin panel (www.yoursite.com/cpanel) then go to tools, click on Web/Ftp Stats to view the details.
